What we sell
Digital products only: software, web-based tools, browser extensions, templates, starter kits, and digital downloads. There are no physical goods, so there is no courier, no tracking number and no shipping address needed.
How and when you get it
Immediately after your payment is confirmed. Depending on the product, that means one or more of:
- Web tool or app — your account is upgraded instantly, and you can use it right away
- Download (templates, kits, files) — a download link on the confirmation screen, and the same link by email
- Licence key — shown on the confirmation screen and emailed to you
- Course or content — access unlocked in your account immediately
You will also receive a confirmation email with your order details and how to reach us.
Delivery charges
None. There are no shipping, handling or delivery fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery area
We currently sell to customers in India. Our pricing, payment methods and support are built for Indian customers.
If you do not receive your product
Delivery is automatic, but payment systems occasionally lag, especially with UPI. If you have paid and do not have access:
- Check your spam or promotions folder for our confirmation email.
- Wait a few minutes. UPI confirmations can take a little while to reach us.
- Email support@developerbros.com with your payment reference or the email address you paid with.
You will not be charged twice, and you will not lose your money. If something has gone wrong on our side, it is our problem to fix, not yours to chase.
Access after purchase
- One-time purchases — yours to keep. Downloads can be re-fetched from your account or by emailing us. If you lose a file, just ask; we will send it again.
- Subscriptions — access continues while your subscription is active, and until the end of any period you have already paid for.
